We want you to love your scent. Every bottle is hand-blended to order, so here's how we make sure you get it right.
Try before you commit
Every fragrance is available in a sample size so you can wear it for a few days and see how it settles on your skin before committing to a full bottle. We strongly recommend starting with a sample — it's the best way to experience a personalised scent.
Fragrance reacts differently on every person. A sample lets you live with your blend before going bigger.
Not quite right? We'll re-blend it.
If you've ordered a full-size bottle and the scent isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to adjust the formula — tweaking the notes until you love what you're wearing. No judgement, no hassle.
Because every blend is made to order, we can't accept returns. But we can remix it until it's right. That's the advantage of a bespoke product — it's never truly final.
Why we don't accept standard returns
Every Scentâme bottle is hand-mixed in London specifically for you. It's not pulled from a shelf — it's created from scratch using your blend formula. For hygiene and quality reasons, we can't resell a personalised fragrance, which is why standard returns aren't possible.
That said, we've built our process around making sure you don't need to return anything:
- Sample first — try the scent before ordering the full bottle
- Re-blend guarantee — if the full bottle isn't right, we'll adjust it for you (UK orders only)
- Expert guidance — our team can help you choose before you buy
