Why groups work

We've perfected the cadence.

A private group isn't a lecture. We've hosted enough of them — hen parties, team offsites, milestone birthdays, client evenings — to know how the room moves: the raw materials come out early while everyone is still curious, the real blending sits in the middle once the nerves have gone, and the bottles get mixed in & blended at the end.

Nobody needs to know the first thing about perfume to start. Some groups come to concentrate; most come to have fun. The session bends either way, and it works both times.

What doesn't bend is what you leave with. Everyone composes their own fragrance from the same perfumer's materials we use ourselves, and it goes home in their own bottle — not a shared souvenir, a scent with one author. Every formula stays on file afterwards, so anyone in the group can have theirs made again.

Whether it's people you've known for twenty years or the team you sit beside every day, the room does the same thing: it gets everyone talking over something none of them expected to be good at.
